QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications to become an Arizona Certified*
Residential Appraiser:
- 2 years minimum experience, totaling at least 2,500 hours
- Passing of Arizona State Exam
- Renewal of certification every two years by completing 28 hours of
continuing education
- Successfully completing the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice
(USPAP) course every five years
*"Certified" denotes a higher level of proficiency
than "Licensed"
